a. Card Smarts is open to all residents of the U.S., its possessions and Canada.

b. All contest questions must be completed to be eligible for the daily drawing.

c. All contest questions must be answered correctly.

d. Limit of one entry per person per day.

e. Principals and employees (and their respective families) of CardTrak LLC or its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate. Any other individuals involved in the processing of contest entries or awarding of prizes are also ineligible.

f. All federal, state and local laws apply.

g. Contest is void where prohibited.

h. Taxes are the winner's responsibilities.

i. Odds of winning the Contest are dependent on the number of entries received with the correct answers.

j. Contest Supervisor's determination of eligibility is final.

k. Contest Supervisor's determination of correct contest answers is final.

l. Canadian winners will be paid in U.S. dollars.

m. Contest entrants automatically grant a release authorization for CardTrak LLC to identify and post the names of prize contest winners by first initial, last name and state. Grand Prize winner agrees to be photographed and identified for promotional use on CardTrak.com.

n. No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest.

o. Deadline for each contest is midnight.

p. CardTrak LLC reserves the right to add or modify official contest rules. However, such changes will apply only to new contest entries received after the posting of said changes.

q. The Daily Prize is a prepaid card from a menu of major retailers. The card value is a minimum of $10 depending on the retailer. The selection list may change without notice.

r. The Grand Prize is a $1,000 prepaid general purpose card. CardTrak LLC reserves the right to substitute $1,000 cash.

s. Prize winners will be notified by email and the prize will be shipped via First Class mail within thirty days.

t. The Contest Period is August 18, 2008 to September 30, 2008

u. The Second Place Prize is a $100 prepaid general purpose card. A total of five Second Place Prizes will be awarded for this sweepstakes.

v. Daily Prize Winners may only win once during the contest period.

w. Grand Prize and Second Place Prize winners will be selected from the Daily Prize Winners during the sweepstakes period.
